BSc Biotechnology ( HON.) with Research

BSc Biotechnology course is a 4 year undergraduate course based on Credit based semester system.Students  can choose to exit at the end of 3 years with a BSc degree or continue to the 4 th year to persue BSc Honors/ BSc Honors with research.

Exit option as per Kannur University FYUGP 2024 in B.Sc. Biotechnology(Hon) with research

The new curriculum of B.Sc. Biotechnology has been designed based on New Education policy of Kannur university FYUGP .Thus, if a student exists B.Sc. program after 3 years he / she will be awarded B.Sc. Biotechnology degree, whereas if a student continues with 4 years degree program he / she will be awarded B.Sc.(Hon) Biotechnology with research.

Eligibility

A pass in Higher Secondary Examination of the state or an Examination accepted by the University as equivalent thereto with Biology as one of the subjects.
